A Form That Filters Bad-Fit Enquiries Before You See Them

Not every enquiry that comes through your website deserves the same amount of attention. Some are exactly the work you want. Some are a poor fit from the start: wrong budget, wrong location, wrong type of job. Treating them all the same wastes the time of whoever answers first.
The cost of chasing the wrong enquiry
When every enquiry looks identical in your inbox, someone has to open each one, read it, and work out whether it's worth a call. That's an hour or two a week spent sorting, on top of the calls themselves that go nowhere because the job was never a fit. Multiply that across a busy month and it's a real cost, even though nothing about it shows up on an invoice.
It also slows down the enquiries that do matter. A good lead sitting in the same queue as ten unqualified ones waits longer for a reply than it should, and a slow reply is often the reason a good lead goes elsewhere.
Ask the qualifying question before the sales call, not during it
A short form with two or three well-chosen questions, service needed, rough budget or scale, and location, does the filtering before anyone on your team gets involved. The visitor answers in seconds. You see the answer before you ever pick up the phone.
This isn't about making the form longer for its own sake. It's about moving the two minutes of qualifying conversation that currently happens on every call into the form itself, so your team spends its time on the enquiries that are actually worth having.
